The StrongWind umbrellas unrivaled strength is combined with elegant lines that enhance any architectural setting, and please commercial and residential customers alike. Their proven superior wind resistance makes them a perfect solution for every windy location where extra strength is necessary.

The frame, mechanical and drive characteristics of the StrongWind and TX umbrellas are the same as the Type T Uhlmann Umbrellas. That is, telescopic, fixed hub, crank lever operated. But their strength, based on significantly larger mast diameter and wall thickness and arm dimensions are also different. The StrongWind umbrellas have a stronger gearbox and the canopy is secured to the arms differently. The StrongWind umbrellas are also available with optional heaters, lights, side panels, gutters and printing.

Our StrongWind umbrellas are divided into two groups based on their sizes. The TS umbrellas have a canopy area of 16 square meter (about 170 square feet), while the TSX umbrellas are up to 25 square meter (about 270 square feet).
